The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to announce that Broadway/television stars Tom Wopat and Linda Purl will celebrate the holidays together in "Home For The Holidays." The very special one-night-only event will take place on Monday, December 10 at 7pm. Purl and Wopat come together to present a warm and witty Christmas card of a show...a heartfelt, funny and thought-provoking combination of new material and toe-tapping standards to kick off your holiday season.

The two old friends will be doing tunes such as "Let It Snow," "Have Your Self A Merry Little Christmas," "Sleigh Ride," "I'll Be Home for Christmas," "Cool Yule," and "Baby It's Cold Outside."

Linda Purl is currently on Hulu's, "High Life" and is known from recurring roles on "The Oath," "Homeland," "True Blood" and "The Office." She has starred in over 45 made-for-TV movies and is especially known for Charlene Matlock on "Matlock" and Ashley Pfister, Fonzie's fiancée on "Happy Days." Broadway: The Adventures of Tom Sawyer; Getting and Spending. She has performed in over 40 plays regionally. During the late 1970's, Tom Wopat was the freewheeling Luke Duke on the TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard." On Broadway: I Love My Wife, City of Angels, Guys and Dolls, A Catered Affair, Catch Me If You Can, Annie Get Your Gun (Tony nomination). Other television credits include, the sitcom "Cybill," a recurring role on "Home Improvement," the critically acclaimed NBC movie "Just My Imagination," and most recently HBO's "Taking Chance" alongside Kevin Bacon. Wopat's solo albums include A Little Bit Closer, Don't Look Back, Learning to Love, The Still of the Night, Dissertation on the State of Bliss-featuring the music of Harold Arlen-and Consider it Swung. www.tomwopat.com.
