Jennifer Lopez and David Guetta Drop Spanish Version of 'Save Me Tonight'
The original version rose to No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart on May 2nd.
GRAMMY-winning hitmaker David Guetta and megastar Jennifer Lopez have revisited their dance-pop single, "Save Me Tonight," dropping a new Spanish-language remix featuring Mexican singer-songwriter Gabito Ballesteros, titled "Sálvame Hoy."
Out now on Warner Records, "Sálvame Hoy" joins a roster of previously released remixes, including the Joel Corry Remix released on March 27th, a take from Arno Cost and Norman Doray released on April 3rd, a flip from Seth Hills released on April 24th, and the tech-fueled remix from DJs From Mars released on May 22nd.
“Save Me Tonight” rose to No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart on May 2nd. This achievement secured Lopez her second career No. 1 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart following her 2011 anthem “On the Floor” featuring Pitbull, while continuing Guetta's record as the artist with the most No. 1 hits in the history of the chart.
This comes on the heels of a joint live debut on April 11th, when David Guetta surprised festival-goers during weekend 1 Coachella set by bringing out Jennifer Lopez. The appearance was Lopez's first time performing on the Coachella stage.
Following his Coachella set, David Guetta is currently in the midst of his sold-out global Monolith Tour alongside his newly restarted Las Vegas residency at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (LIV Nightclub and LIV Beach). Next month, he will head overseas to launch his Ibiza summer residencies, including F*** Me I'm Famous!* at Ushuaïa and Galactic Circus at UNVRS.
Lopez has spent the spring performing her Las Vegas residency, THE JLO SHOW, at The Colosseum within Caesars Palace. She recently starred in Kiss of the Spider Woman, the 2025 film adaptation of the Broadway musical.
