Alan Jackson's Final Nashville Concert to Air as Primetime Special on NBC

NBC will broadcast “Alan Jackson: The Last Show,” a primetime television event celebrating the career and final concert performance of the country music star. Filmed before a sold-out crowd at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium in July, the special will air later this year on NBC and stream the next day on Peacock. 

Featuring a night of country music, the telecast will honor Jackson’s legacy and impact on generations of fans and musicians alike as he takes the stage one final time. The special will spotlight Jackson’s catalog of country hits, spanning more than three decades.

It was previously announced that the event will feature a lineup of fellow musicians, with appearances by Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Jake Owen, Jon Pardi, Thomas Rhett,  George StraitCarrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, and Lee Ann Womack, along with Adam Wright, Big City Brian Wright and Carlisle Wright.

Alan Jackson: The Last Show” is produced by Joan of Arc StudioWorks and EverWonder Studios and will be directed by Sam Wrench. Executive producers are Cindy Mabe, Dawn Gates and Harper Grae for Joan of Arc StudioWorks and Mike Antinoro and Raj Kapoor for EverWonder Studios, as well as executive producers Alan Jackson, Debbie Doebler and RAC Clark. Co-executive producers are Allison Roithinger and Victoria Chamlee for EverWonder Studios.

He was recently presented with the inaugural Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award from the Academy of Country Music, an honor which now bears his name.
