Time in Space Circus Presents THE DISPLACED at Adelaide Fringe
After winning 2016's Best Emerging Artist award and returning from a tour to China, Time in Space Circus are bringing a brand new show, The Displaced to Adelaide Fringe 2018.
Featuring a live soundtrack, The Displaced conveys the beautiful and ugly, the devotion and play, and the chaos and calm. The acrobats invite audiences into their world, a world where there is no conformity. The acrobats are individual bodies and nothing else, their thoughts influence emotions and they work together as one.
A collaboration between seven artists, Adelaide-based Time In Space include some of the country's most talented emerging performers, including hand balancers Amanda Lee and Dyan Phillips, musician and acrobat Hamish McCourty and dancer Mark Longo.
Since their critically acclaimed debut in 2016, Time In Space have gone from strength to strength, touring both regionally and nationally at home and presenting a season at the Qingdao Beer festival in Eastern China.
