Teresa la Rocca Replaces Michaela Burger in Elder Hall's Production of MASTER CLASS, 6/16

In the age old theatrical tradition... the show must go on, and a professional has stepped up to the mark and taken over a role with very short notice.

The Independent Theatre's production of MASTER CLASS scheduled for 2.30 pm Sunday 16 June has been struck by illness. Michaela Burger, who was to play one of the students in this Tony Award Winning play by US writer Terrence McNally, has contracted laryngitis and stepping into the breach at short notice is Australian and State Opera performer Teresa la Rocca.

The production also features mother and daughter team Kathryn Fisher and her daughter Jessica Dean.
