Fun Dumpster is the latest offering from award-winning comedians Kate Coates and Sarah Gaul. It's like watching an up close and personal series of sketches, each well thought out and formed. We were firstly treated to a Trinny and Susannah type makeover where the ridiculousness of the " new look" was made painfully obvious, and then a number of beautifully thought through looks at some behaviours with which we are all familiar.

This plethora of ideas explored and put on view the shallowness and knife-edge path between human interaction and what is considered entertainment in this age, with a healthy dose of things that can go wrong. Each skit took the audience in a new direction, with the audience waiting at each beginning wondering what could possibly be coming next from these women's fertile and clever minds, and we were never disappointed in the results.

The sketches continued in a rapid-fire change of accents, situations, and props, on a very small stage, with great good humour and style. Kate & Sarah follow in the tradition of Shaun Micaleff, or even The Two Ronnies, where recognisable situations are cut open then put back together with an emphasis on the humour. Someone should give these two women their own television show.
