The biggest night in Hollywood is coming up this weekend, and nine well-deserved movies are up for 'Best Picture' on Oscar Suday. Tune in on February 26 at 7pm on ABC to find out which film will take home the big prize- The Descendants, Moneyball, The Help, Hugo, War Horse, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, The Artist, The Tree of Life or Midnight in Paris. HAIR: Then and Now will play on Thirteen Friday, August 19th at 1:00 AM. A celebration of Hair, the 'tribal love-rock musical' now a Tony Award-winning revival back on Broadway for the summer. Our guests include the show's composer Galt MacDermot and co-lyricist/librettist James Rado, who wrote the show's enduring rock score (with the late Gerome Ragni). Also on the program, actor Gavin Creel, who was nominated for a Tony for his portrayal of Claude, the role originally created in the Sixties by Rado. Creel, Rado and MacDermot perform the first act finale song 'Where Do I Go?' with MacDermot's son, Vince, on the bongos.

BWW Reviews: 'If Music Be the Food of Love, Play On' in Quantum Theatre's TWELFTH NIGHT, Through 8/21

The comedic stakes of William Shakespeare's TWELFTH NIGHT have been raised to a whole new level in Quantum Theatre's summer production, playing now through August 21 under the Millvale Avenue Bridge in Bloomfield. Founded in 1990 by Karla Boos (who is also the show's director), Quantum Theatre is known for staging site-specific productions in 'found' settings, having performed past years' shows at places like the Strip District's Gage Building and even The Pittsburgh Zoo. In the case of TWELFTH NIGHT, Quantum's is a somewhat contemporary re-imagination of Shakespeare's original text staged at a dead-end, vacant hospital facility.
