New York City is filled with lovely parks. There's a particularly charming one tucked into a triangle on 106th Street and Broadway. It's planted with daylilies, impatiens, lacecap hydrangeas and dogwoods. One end of this peaceful oasis is dominated by a recumbent bronze sculpture which sits atop a flowing fountain. Newcomers to the cast include Gavin Creel, Caissie Levy and Sasha Allen, who join the rest of the tribe, who are reprising their roles from Central Park last summer. HAIR begins preview performances on Friday, March 6 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street, NYC) with an Opening Night set for Tuesday, March 31, 2009.

'SOUL SAMURAI' will officially open on Thursday, February 19 at 8:30 p.m. This Off Broadway limited engagement will run through Sunday, March 15.

The original off-Broadway cast of the musical FIVE COURSE LOVE (Minetta Lane Theatre, 2005) went into the studios on January 9th and 10th in New York City to record the show's cast album. FIVE COURSE LOVE, with book, music and lyrics by Gregg Coffin, tells the story of five entangled encounters with love in five different restaurants. The scores varied musical styles reflect the cuisines of the different eateries: Country & Western, Italian, German cabaret, Mexican and 50's Doo Wop.
