Tonight, November 10th, The Actors Fund will present a special reading of ALL ABOUT EVE at 7:30pm at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street).

Oscar nominated actress Jennifer Tilly will play 'Miss Caswell,' Cabaret star Steve Ross will play the 'Pianist,'Jessica Cummings will play 'Phoebe,' and Maura Lisabeth Malloy and Victor Joel Ortiz will also appear in The Actors Fund's highly anticipated all-star reading of ALL ABOUT EVE, the classic backstage drama that is one of the most entertaining and witty films of all time.

The 92nd Street Y announces casting for the 2009 season of Lyrics & Lyricists™, the Y's legendary American Songbook series. Polly Bergen, Lucie Arnaz, Tom Wopat and Marilyn Maye are among the storied cast members who will sing the songs of Richard Rodgers, Ira Gershwin, Mel Tormé, DeSylva, Brown & Henderson, David Zippel and others. This is the first season curated by new series artistic director DEBORAH GRACE WINER, and her inaugural line-up of guest artistic directors - MARTIN CHARNIN, DAVID ZIPPEL, ROBERT KIMBALL, REX REED, and BILLY STRITCH.

Village Theatre KIDSTAGE Ensemble produces You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, running April 10-20, 2008 at the Everett Performing Arts Center. Based on the classic Charles M. Schultz's Peanuts comic strip, this award-winning musical is told through a series of songs and vignettes that mimic the four-panel format used by the original cartoon strip. The KIDSTAGE production is based on the 1999 revival of the musical which received two Tony Awards. The revival version of the show has been updated and re-orchestrated since the original production; it has challenging four part harmonies and contemporary pop rhythms.

Howard McGillin, Broadway's longest-running Phantom, will star in 'The Broadway Musicals of 1947,' which kicks off the eighth season of The Town Hall's critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year series. He will be joined by a powerhouse cast that includes two-time Tony nominee Marc Kudisch, and more of Broadway's great singer/dancers than in any other previous Broadway by the Year concert. A partnership of Lake Tappan Entertainment and the nationally recognized Music Man Theatrical, located in Lavallette, NJ is opening its doors Friday thru Sunday, February 8th -10th, for a limited dessert theatre run of Neil Simon and Marvin Hamlisch's 1979 Tony-nominated musical, They're Playing Our Song.
