Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? began rehearsals on September 4, 2012, in Chicago at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, where this production originally began in December 2010. Previews will begin on September 27, 2012, at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) on Broadway with an official opening on Saturday, October 13, 2012, exactly 50 years to the day of the play's original Broadway opening on Saturday, October 13, 1962.
