On May 7, Wynn Las Vegas will debut Viva Las Vegan: a vegan cooking and tasting event as part of Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appetit magazine co-hosted by Tal Ronnen, a vegan culinary pioneer and New York Times best-selling author of The Conscious Cook: Delicious Meatless Recipes That Will Change the Way You Eat (William Morrow, 2009), and the award-winning chefs of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.
