Tickets to WICKED, a new musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Godspell, Pippin, Academy Award winner for Pocahontas and The Prince of Egypt) and book by Winnie Holzman ('My So Called Life,' 'Once And Again' and 'thirtysomething') based on the best-selling 1995 novel by Gregory Maguire, will go on sale Saturday, June 20, 2009. WICKED will play in Des Moines Wednesday, Sept. 23 to Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009

After breaking box office records and selling out in record time in 2007, WICKED, the smash-hit musical will return to Providence, RI, December 16, 2009 through January 10, 2010. Tickets for WICKED's return engagement go on sale Saturday, October 17; the PPAC Box Office, located at 220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence, will open at 8A for in-person sales only. The touring production of 'Wicked' has returned to Seattle's Paramount Theatre. And for those of you that weren't able to catch it last time around during it's all too brief two week run, now is your chance to rush out and catch one of the juggernauts of current Broadway.
