I The Victor Stuns In New Single TONGUE & STUTTER

Atlanta-based alternative pop (self proclaimed posi-rap) project I The Victor have released a new single, titled 'Tongue & Stutter,' out on all digital platforms NOW. Along with the music video, I The Victor's Rebecca Ramos sparkles in 'Tongue & Stutter,' a track that uncovers small self-realizations amidst a personal sabbatical from the stressors of social media. The familiar elements of rap and rhythmic kaleidoscope pop are still very much present, but Ramos is back with perhaps more wisdom than in prior releases. 'Tongue & Stutter' is self-aware, personal and a beautiful representation of where I The Victor is headed.
