Life Jacket Theatre Company has just announce the cast for GOREY: THE SECRET LIVES OF EDWARD GOREY, a new play exploring the life of Tony Award-winning artist, author, and designer Edward Gorey.

Life Jacket's GOREY: THE SECRET LIVES OF EDWARD GOREY centers on the enigmatic and endearing artist at different stages of his life, spanning 50 years from young adulthood to shortly before his death.

Directed by Ashley Gunsteens (WHAT EVERY GIRL SHOULD KNOW, FringeNYC 2013 'Best Ensemble'), the EVERSCAPE cast features: Phil Gillen* (last seen Off Broadway in A HAPPY END, and as 'Wilbur' in the National Tour of CHARLOTTE'S WEB), Michael Rehse, Ivy Croteau, Tim Heller, Meg Mark, Sean Dube, Ariel Cruz and Jacob Williams.

Jordi Coats and Ashley Gunsteens, in association with The Present Company, present the WORLD-PREMIERE of EVERSCAPE- Allan Maule's new action-packed dramedy about addiction to the world of online gaming - as part of the 19th Annual New York International Fringe Festival with five performances only, between August 18-29 at the Celebration of Whimsy Theater a.k.a. Producer Scott Griffin has announced an eight-week extension of Drunk Shakespeare, an irreverent and outrageous new theatrical experience directed by David Hudson. Drunk Shakespeare will now play through August 9, 2014 at Quinn's Bar Upstairs (356 West 44th Street, 2nd Floor).

Due to popular demand, The Drunk Shakespeare Society has added two special late night performances of DRUNK SHAKESPEARE on Friday, April 11 & Saturday, April 12 at 10PM. For these special performances, the 'Drunk Actor' from the 8PM performance will drink again at 10PM, adding an extra layer of drunken debauchery to the late night show.
