The New York Musical Theatre Festival announces the six Next Broadway Sensation semi-finalists for their third annual contest, formerly known as Broadway Idol. Moving on to round two will be Frances Bordlee, Shawna M. Hamic, Mike Harrison, Omar Lopez-Cepero, Jennifer Sánchez, Nesha Ward, and Jamaal Wilson.

New York Musical Theatre Festival's Next Broadway Sensation, formerly known as Broadway Idol, returns for 2008. The top ten finalists are Frances Bordlee, Joe Enderson, Shawna M. Hamic, Mike Harrison, Omar Lopez-Cepero, Barbi McCulloch, Ariela Morgenstern, Jennifer Sánchez, Nesha Ward, and Jamaal Wilson.
