Seattle Repertory Theatre announced today the appointment of Marya Sea Kaminski as Associate Artistic Director, effective Sept.16, 2014. Kaminski, who most recently taught acting at Cornish College of the Arts, has appeared as an actor and solo performer throughout Seattle and beyond, including roles at the Rep in My Name is Rachel Corrie (2007) and Clybourne Park (2012).

Following a workshop performance at The Fury Factory Festival of Ensemble Theater in San Francisco in July 2014, Emily Dickinson OUTER SPACE returns to her native coast this September at The Bushwick Starr. Over the course of 72 continuous hours, the doors of the theater will remain open for a performance event featuring 88 singers, dancers, and musicians wherein Theater Plastique invites the vastness of Dickinson's poetry to again build a universe within a single room.
