Kyle Riabko - star and creator of the hit West End show Close to You: Bacharach Reimagined and the earlier acclaimed Off-Broadway version What's it All About? Bacharach Reimagined - will return to Joe's Pub at The Public for two solo concerts by popular demand on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 7:00 PM and Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 9:30 PM. 

New York new-comer Chris D'Amico is making his solo debut at the Metropolitan Room--and he's decided bring all of his friends. Featuring an eclectic mix of Broadway, folk, and pop melodies from such artists as John Mayer, Ingrid Michaelson, and Jack Garratt, D'Amico offers a sincere and self-deprecating deconstruction of how struggle forces us to grow, and what it really takes to become more flexible.

At one point during WASTE OF SPACE, Chris Dwan began singing the lyric 'We're connected in our own sort of universe' again and again. That line came from an original track, 'All I Know,' co-written with Ross Baum. Making his New York City solo concert debut at Feinstein's/54 Below on September 6, Dwan did create his own sort of the universe, but the connections remained a bit unclear.

Los Angeles Children's Chorus (LACC), led by Artistic Director Anne Tomlinson and hailed for its agile bel canto sound that has transformed it into one of the world's foremost children's choirs, announces its 2016-17 season, entitled "Aspire," which spotlights works by composers who developed transformative approaches to musical education, Bartok, Kodaly and Britten, among them.
