STAGE TUBE: New Trailer Released for LITTLE FOCKERS

The threequel to the Meet the Fockers franchise, 'Little Fockers' will be released on December 22, 2010. As previously reported by BroadwayWorld, the newest edition to the Focker franchise is stage and screen vet Harvey Keitel (DEATH OF A SALESMAN, JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA at Carnegie Hall). The movie will also feature the return of everyone's Focker favorites, including Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner, and Owen Wilson. Additions to this newest installment also include Laura Dern and Jessica Alba. The movie will be directed by Paul Weitz for Universal and Tribeca Productions.

Ranked the top-grossing live comedy act in the world for 2009 and in North America for two years in a row, Dunham continues to pack 7,000 to 10,000 seat venues in the U.S. and Canada on his 'Identity Crisis' tour. Dunham barnstormed Europe for his second tour there earlier this year to a rapturous reception in Holland, England, Scotland and Ireland, capped by a show at the famed O2 Arena in London. In September, he makes his debut visit to South Africa to appear at arenas in Sun City, Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Paul Rudd and Zach Galifianakis Reunite for 'Will'

Broadway vet Paul Rudd will be teaming up with Zach Galifianakis yet again for the upcoming comedy 'Will,' which Perez Hilton summarizes as centering around 'Rudd whose life and destiny is being written by a scribe in Heaven played by Galifianakis. But one day the scribe stops writing and it's up to Rudd to go on about his day on his own.' Demetri Martin wrote the script and Little Miss Sunshine's Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton are directing.

Variety is reporting that 'About a Boy' director Paul Weitz is in talks to direct 'Little Fockers', the third instalment of the 'Meet the Parents' franchise. 'Get Smart' helmer Pete Segal was in talks to direct 'Little Fockers' but it now looks as if Weitz is the front runner.

Variety reports Pete Segal, the director of the hit comedy, Get Smart is the frontrunner to direct Little Fockers, the third installment in the Universal Pictures/Tribeca Prods. franchise. The trade paper reports that Segal's schedule has opened up as plans to make Get Smart 2 have been put on hold as Steve Carell has signed on to star in Date Night with Tina Fey for Fox.

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that much rumored third installment of the 'Meet The Parents' comedy franchise, 'Little Fockers', which was first announced two years ago, is finally taking 'baby steps' at Universal Pictures. The big news is that there will be a different creative team guiding this third feature.
