Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Jason Mraz will headline Shane's Inspiration's star-studded gala on Friday evening, March 29th at The Beverly Hills Hotel. “L.A.'s Finest,” the highly anticipated series marking the launch of Charter Communications' premium content initiative Spectrum Originals, and produced by Sony Pictures Television, will make its premiere on Spectrum's On Demand platform on Monday, May 13, 2019. The announcement was made today on social media by series stars and executive producers Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba. The first three installments in the 13-episode series will be exclusively available to Spectrum video subscribers free On Demand (and without ads) on May 13, after which new episodes will release every Monday until the finale.

The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE, Local 800) Film Society and American Cinematheque present a special screening of Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone 3D (1983) followed by a unique tribute to the original Production Designer Jackson De Govia, ADG, and two original creative collaborators. This screening is presented in conjunction with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's 3D: Double Vision exhibit, a celebration of 3-D films, objects and practices running at LACMA through March 2019. It concludes the 2018 ADG Film Society Screening Series entitled 'Production Design: Designers on Design,' sponsored by The Hollywood Reporter.
