Clearview Chelsea Presents '9 to 5' at Chelsea Classics on April 15th. Chelsea Classics, soon to be celebrating its 9th Anniversary, presents classic films every Thursday night at 7pm and 9:30pm. The 7pm show is hosted by Drag Queen Hedda Lettuce.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAYHOUSE SCHOOL OF THE THEATRE will celebrate its 80th Anniversary with a gala and reunion for alumni, patrons, faculty and students of the renowned school which is one of the oldest theatre institutions in New York City. The celebration will be held on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 6 PM at Tavern on the Green.

9 to 5: The Musical opened on September 20th 2008 at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre. Performances will continue through October 19, 2008.

A star-studded and successful industry reading was recently held for Dolly Parton's upcoming Broadway musical Nine to Five, based on the 1980 office comedy.

It was announced today that the upcoming Broadway production of ON GOLDEN POND, starring the legendary James Earl Jones and Tony Award winner Leslie Uggams, has been nominated for 4 Helen Hayes Awards, the prestigious awards that pay tribute to excellence in professional theater in Washington, DC. The production premiered last Fall at The Kennedy Center.

The box office at The Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) will open on Monday, February 28 at 10AM for the new production of the beloved play ON GOLDEN POND starring two-time Tony Award winner and Academy Award nominee James Earl Jones (Fences, The Great White Hope) and Tony Award winner Leslie Uggams (Hallelujah, Baby!, King Hedley II).
