LENNON to Feature Three Rare and Unpublished Songs

LENNON, the new Broadway musical based on the life and songs of John Lennon announced today that Yoko Ono has given Don Scardino, the show's writer and director, permission to use three rare and unpublished songs by John Lennon for the musical.

On Sunday, November 7th, 2004, Leah Hocking, who is currently in rehearsal for the new Broadway musical comedy ALL SHOOK UP, will sing the National Anthem to start the 2004 ING New York City Marathon. WNBC (channel 4 in the tri-state area) will cover the event from 9:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.
Caroline, or Change Begins Final Week of Performances

CAROLINE, OR CHANGE, the new musical by playwright-librettist Tony Kushner and composer Jeanine Tesori, directed by George C. Wolfe, will play its final performance at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on Sunday, August 29th at 3pm. The production will have played 23 previews and 136 regular performances.
