The Television Academy today announced this year's honorees for the Seventh Annual Television Academy Honors. For using the power of television to bring awareness to important social issues, this year's honorees include The Big C: hereafter, Comedy Warriors: Healing Through Humor, The Fosters, Mea Maxima Culpa: Silence in the House of God, Mom, Screw You Cancer and Vice.

Time Warner Inc. Chairman and CEO Jeff Bewkes and Warner Bros. Chairman and CEO Barry Meyer today announced that Kevin Tsujihara will become the next Chief Executive Officer of Warner Bros. Entertainment. Mr. Tsujihara will become CEO beginning March 1, 2013, succeeding Mr. Meyer, who will remain as Chairman through 2013.

Television Academy Chairman and CEO Bruce Rosenblum previously announced that ReelzChannel will carry the 2012 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which will once again be produced by Spike Jones, Jr. The awards were taped on Saturday, September 15, and a two-hour, edited version will air tonight, September 22, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. This marks the 18th year that Jones, Jr. will produce the awards and the second time ReelzChannel will air the ceremony.

ABC received 48 nominations for the 64th Primetime Emmy(R) Awards, covering the eligibility period of June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. The nominations were announced today by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences from the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in the NoHo Arts District, California.
