We see Billie at her best and her worst as she battles her demons onstage but continues to sing with all the grace and talent that made her a legend.

Actress Shanica Knowles, the mean girl to Miley Cyrus on Hannah Montana who most recently played Tichina Arnold in the Lifetime film Surviving Compton, has collaborated with New York actor Adam Davenport on his debut single, 'My Return Address is You.' Creative Cauldron presents the Tony-Award Nominated Musical Blues in the Night, directed by Creative Cauldron's Artistic Associate, Matt Conner. Set in a rundown hotel in Chicago 1938, Blues in the Night was conceived and originally directed by Sheldon Epps.

American Bard Theater Company presents Visionary Voices, three poignant, tantalizing plays by two pioneering women playwrights, exploring gender roles, race, and death in America's early twentieth century. Aimee Todoroff and Tonya Pinkins direct. The evening of one-act works include Trifles by Susan Glaspell (1916), Exit: An Illusion by Marita Bonner (1929), and The People by Susan Glaspell (1918). The Houston Symphony and Music Director Andres Orozco-Estrada announced today details of the 2017-18 season, which marks Orozco-Estrada's fourth year as music director.
