To kick off 2012, ABC Family's original series 'Pretty Little Liars' and 'The Lying Game' return with more drama, intrigue and romance in all new episodes starting on Monday, January 2nd.

ABC Family's '25 Days of Christmas,' cable's biggest programming event of the year, returns with 25 continuous days of holiday-themed entertainment for the whole family. From December 1 - 25, viewers can ring in the holidays with original movies, holiday specials and returning favorites

According to Deadline, ABC Family is in the process of developing a new comedy series entitled 'Maid in Miami.' The project is being headed by Rita Rocks creators Stan Zimmerman and James Berg, as well as Glee's Adam Anders.

Betty Buckley is set to make her debut on ABC Family's 'Pretty Little Liars' on August 23, 2011 in Episode 11, 'I Must Confess.' Buckley will play Hanna's grandmother.

ABC Family has given new season orders to two of the network's hit series, 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager,' which has been renewed for a fourth season, and 'Pretty Little Liars,' which was picked-up for a second season. The new season orders were announced today by ABC Family President Michael Riley at the network's TCA panel at The Langham Hotel in Pasadena.

Viewers will celebrate the season with an all-new original movie, specials and, of course, the return of Christmas favorites during primetime as well as a full week of all day holiday programming from Saturday, December 18 - Saturday, December 25.
