Liverpool Pride has spread huge amounts of International Love with this weekend's celebrations proving to be the biggest and best yet.

Liverpool Pride Festival returns for its eighth consecutive year in July with an exciting star-studded line-up to make the 2017 free event a colourful celebration of all things LGBT+.

Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell - The Musical is a romantic adventure about rebellious youth and passionate love, set against the backdrop of a post-cataclysmic city adrift from the mainland. Strat, the forever young leader of The Lost, has fallen for Raven, daughter of Falco, the tyrannical, ruler of Obsidian. The show made its world premiere last night at the London Coliseum. They topped the charts throughout the Noughties with a string of classic pop hits - and now the original Atomic Kitten line-up are back and will headline Liverpool Pride Festival 2017.

Following the 10th anniversary West End gala performance of WICKED on 27 September, creator Stephen Schwartz joined current and past performers from the show on the Apollo Victoria Theatre stage, and then at a suitably greenified afterparty.

Last night (23 February 2016) at the Aldwych Theatre the Olivier, Tony and Grammy award-winning Beautiful - The Carole King Musical celebrated its first birthday in the West End.  Celebrations included marking the February birthdays of Carole King, Barry Mann and the late Gerry Goffin, as well as the 45th anniversary of when King's Grammy- award winning album Tapestry was released.  Check out the pics of the bash below!

Today, 24 February 2016, the producers of the Olivier, Tony and Grammy award-winning Beautiful - The Carole King Musical announce the show will be extending booking in the West End to 18 February 2017.

Sweeney will play the role from 19th September - 3rd December 2011. She will take over from Liz McClarnon who plays Paulette until 17th September 2011.

Whatsonstage.com is reporting that Jason Donovan and Atomic Kitten's Liz McClarnon will topline a new tour of Jeff Wayne's musical adaptation of HG Wells' The War of the Worlds, which will begin in Amsterdam on November 25, 2010 and play stadiums around the Europe. The tour will make stops in Antwerp, Dublin, Belfast, Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Birmingham, Bournemouth, London, Cardiff, Brighton and Wembley, and will conclude in Germany in January 2011. Specific tour dates are expected to be announced shortly.
