Of course this past year not only brought our 20th Anniversary Celebration, but also the move to a new home at the beautiful MCL Grand Theater. We are in the midst of our 2012 Season, but have been very busy administratively setting up some big changes and plans for the future!

One of the Most important parts of our mission statement is educating a new generation of performing artists. Theatre FMPAT is proud to be the sponsor of the Young Artist Training Program, one of DFW's oldest and most prestigious training programs for serious young artists. There is also a wonderful new video interview with some of our current and alumni students discussing what makes our program so special.

We also hope you will come see our summer students in action at our Youth & Family Production, DEAR EDWINA, June 28 - July 1.

Then later in the season, we resume with our Adult Professional Series with the regional premier of PAGEANT PLAY a comedy by Matthew Wilkas & Mark Setlock, in September, and the swinging country musical PUMP BOYS & DINETTES, by John Foley, Mark Hardwick, Debra Monk, Cass Morgan, John Schimmel & Jim Wann.

A new location brings some wonderful and exciting changes. Now that we have a beautiful new venue at the MCL Grand, we also have an additional name, Our Productions Theatre Co. The Board of Directors felt that the new name would be more reflective of our mission. It is, after all, a theatre company for all of us. Our Productions. The new logos are on the website, and you will slowly see the changes on all of our correspondence. Please take a minute to look at the new website. We hope it will better reflect our work and allow us to keep you, our patrons better informed of our productions. It may still be a week or so before the old links all start to direct to the new address, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek, and thank you for being a 'Behind The Scenes' subscriber.
