North Shore Civic Ballet Holding Auditions for Dancers

The North Shore Civic Ballet (NSCB), a nonprofit organization, is holding auditions for male and female dancers to perform in June and July of this year. Dancers will have the opportunity to perform original, modern choreography created by Ivan Korn on a large stage.
Auditions will be held at the Marblehead School of Ballet, the home of the NSCB, located at 115 Pleasant Street in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Interested dancers should contact immediately Artistic Director Paula K. Shiff at

About North Shore Civic Ballet Company

The North Shore Civic Ballet, based at the Marblehead School of Ballet, is a not-for-profit dance company that has provided performances and arts education to the Greater Boston community for more than 40 years. Artistic Director Paula K. Shiff and Associate Director Florence C. Whipple founded the company in 1974.

The NSCB is home to an ever-changing group of talented dancers made up of both seasoned professionals and aspiring young dancers. For 12 years, resident choreographer Ivan Korn has created several works for the NSCB.
