BAY CITY PLAYERS ANNOUNCES AUDITIONS

Bay City Players will hold auditions for its upcoming production; Harvey, by Mary Chase, on Sunday and Monday, January 12th and 13th, 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Auditions will be held at Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City. Directed by Pam Barnes.

Performance dates are March 14 – 16 & March 20 – 23, 2014. Director, Pam Barnes is looking for:

6 women to play 30 to 60

4 men to play 30 to 60

1 man to play ages 20 to 30

THE PLOT: At a social party, Elwood P. Dowd introduces his imaginary friend, Harvey, a six-and-a-half foot rabbit, to the guests. Seeing his eccentric behavior, his sister, Veta, decides to commit him to a sanitarium. Tables turn in this classic comedy and at the end Veta realizes that Harvey isn’t so bad after all.
