Seeking
Male and female actors with a strong command of classical text. All roles except Falstaff are open. Actors can be cast in multiple shows.
Preparation
Please prepare one monologue, 1½ to 2 minutes in length. Monologues should be in verse and from a Shakespearean play. Please bring a headshot and resume.

Note: Romeo & Juliet will be remounted in Jan. 2014 for our annual Performance for the Schools. Actors auditioning for this play would ideally be available for the remount.
Personnel
Directors Clare Moncrief, Amy Holtcamp, Carl Walker, and Artistic Director Martin Sachs will attend with casting authority.
Breakdown
We ask that actors only audition if they are able to commit to all rehearsals and shows and will not accept conflicting work (theatre or film) during that time.
Housing:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer housing this season.
Taped submissions:
Please only submit if you have local housing and transportation in the New Orleans metro area. We are unable to provide either.
Actors unavailable for live auditions may submit a taped audition by 12:00 noon CST on March 1. Tapes may be sent via sites such as YouSendIt or a private Youtube link. Please send links to
