Unlike any other talent series on television, the contestants on "Street Cred" didn't sign up for anything, and have no idea they're even on TV! A former street performer himself, comedian and magician Penn Jillette will travel the country with his team of undercover experts to find and reward the best street performer with a $10k tip.
