Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre presents its annual special engagement of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" Oct. 24 - Nov. 2, 2014, in 3D with spine-tingling interactive 4D sensory effects, including wind, snow, fog and much more, and a sensational "making of" exhibition, featuring a display of sets from the making of the movie.
"El Capitan Theatre continues its annual tradition of showcasing this classic film," said Lylle Breier, senior vice president of worldwide special events for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. "Halloween would not be complete without seeing 'The Nightmare Before Christmas,' and El Capitan Theatre is the only place to see it on the big screen." Showtimes are at 10 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:45 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. There will also be special 11:15 p.m. screenings opening weekend and Friday and Saturday nights.
