"Hollywood Game Night" will return to NBC on Monday, Jan. 20 with back-to- back episodes (8-10 p.m. ET/PT). The season kicks off with a heated battle of the sexes. Julie Bowen, Beth Behrs and Valerie Bertinelli will Face Off against Lester Holt, Jason Alexander and Martin Short in a series of hilarious games.

Also appearing this season are Sean Hayes, Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis, Alison Janney, Don Cheadle, Christina Applegate, Rosie O'Donnell, Penny Marshall, Chris Colfer, Taryn Manning, Donald Faison, Kaley Cuoco, Alison Sweeney, Fred Willard, Breckin Meyer, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Taraji P. Henson, Angela Kinsey, Jenna Elfman, Molly Shannon, Ellie Kemper, Bob Harper, Joel Madden, Nate Berkus, Erika Christensen, Michelle Trachtenberg, Mel B., Padma Lakshmi, Michael Weatherly, Yvette Nicole Brown, Anthony Anderson, Tiffani Thiessen, Pete Wentz, Adam Scott, Gary Dell'abate, Retta, Michael Chiklis, Tom Lennon, Paget Brewster, Mario Lopez, Alyssa Milano, Cobie Smulders, Taran Killam, Angie Harmon, Mark Feuerstein, Mayim Bialik and Henry Winkler.

Ray Romano, Cheryl Hines, Gavin DeGraw, Rachel Bilson, Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker were previously announced to appear in the holiday episode airing Monday, Dec. 23 at 10 p.m. following the season finale of "The Sing-Off."

Almost a dozen new games have been added to the mix this season, including instant favorites "Clue-Boom!" and "Show Me the Music. In "Clue-Boom!" players will draw clues from a confetti-filled bowl as they race against the clock to have their teammates guess the answers before the bowl explodes in their possession. "Show Me the Music" is a charades-style music game where three celebrities will have to get their teammate to guess a series of songs by acting them out.

In the series, two contestants are transported from their everyday lives into a once-in-a-lifetime night of fun and celebration as they step beyond the velvet rope and rub shoulders with some of their favorite celebrities and compete for the chance to win up to $25,000.

"Hollywood Game Night," hosted by Emmy Award and Golden Globe winner Jane Lynch, is produced by Hazy Mills Productions ("Grimm," "Sean Saves the World," "Hot in Cleveland"), Mission Control Media (Syfy's "Face Off") and Universal Television. Sean Hayes, Todd Milliner, Michael Agbabian and Dwight D. Smith are executive producers.
