The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is ready to rock with Chicago , the band former President Bill Clinton hailed as one of the "most important bands in music since the dawn of the rock 'n' roll era." Chicago will appear at the Fox Cities P.A.C. on Thursday, May 1, 2014.

Tickets for Chicago start at $60.50 and will go on sale to the general public Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. Chicago will donate $1 to The Ara Parseghian Foundation for every ticket sold. There is a six ticket per person limit. Tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 982-2787 or the Center's ticket office at (920) 730-3760. Tickets also can be purchased in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's office or online at foxcitiespac.com.

Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in six decades. Known for their hits including "You're The Inspiration," "Call On Me," "Beginnings" and more, the band's lineup includes original band members Robert Lamm on keyboards and vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet, James Pankow on trombone and Walt Parazaider on woodwinds, as well as Jason Scheff on bass and vocals, Tris Imboden on drums, Keith Howland on guitar, Lou Pardini on keyboards and vocals, and Wally Reyes on percussion.

In March of 2013, the band's multi-platinum two-disc bestseller, "The Very Best of Chicago, Only The Beginning" charted at No. 1 on the Catalog and Digital Catalog Billboard charts. Chicago ranks at No. 13 in Billboard Magazine's list of Top 100 artists of all time.

Chicago is currently recording new songs and fans are being offered clips of works in progress on the band's website, chicagotheband.com. The band is planning on releasing two songs at a time digitally throughout the year and then compiling them onto a CD or another format. One of the songs is a cover of the great Spiral Staircase hit, "More Today Than Yesterday." The latest studio track, "America" was released in September.

The band's lifetime achievements include a Grammy Award , multiple American Music Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a Chicago street dedicated in their honor, and keys to and proclamations from an impressive list of U.S. cities. Record sales top the 100 million mark and include 21 Top 10 singles, five consecutive No. 1 albums, 11 No. 1 singles and five gold singles. An incredible 25 of their 34 albums have been certified platinum, and the band has a total of 47 gold and platinum awards.
