Following the success of their debut single, "Trojans," Atlas Genius' new single, "If So," is quickly gaining momentum at radio, where it's already a Top 15 hit at the Modern Rock format, Top 25 at Triple A, and #2 on SiriusXM Alt Nation's "Alt 18" Countdown. Fans can check out a new remix of "If So" by of TheFatRathere. "Building a stuttered and sugary sweet foundation around Keith Jeffery's raspy rock top line, the enigmatic producer molds the indie original into a bubbling electro gem - one that is defined by its lush padwork and bouncy bass line," observed Dancing Astronaut. Check out the band performing "If So" on "Late Show with David Letterman" here.
"If So" is from Atlas Genius' full-length debut, When It Was Now (Warner Bros. Records), which brothers Keith and Michael Jeffery wrote, recorded and produced in a studio they built in their hometown of Adelaide, Australia. "Trojans" was a Top 3 Modern Rock/Top 10 Triple A radio hit and spent an entire year on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart, selling nearly 300,000 tracks in the US alone. Atlas Genius are currently in the middle of their first ever headlining tour. Shows have been selling out across America, including this week's two-night stand out at The Bowery Ballroom in New York City (6/18 & 19). The band is also performing at the Firefly, Bunbury, Lollapalooza, Osheaga, and Outside Lands festivals this summer.
