Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to your Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra this Holiday Season. Your generosity makes the music happen-on stage, in our area classrooms, libraries, senior centers and day care facilities. Here is what your friends and neighbors are saying: "I am so excited to be able to continue our partnership with the A2SO as the influence this experience has had on our kids and orchestra program is phenomenal. I have had the pleasure of supporting this effort for the past nine years as principal of Pathfinder School and look forward to doing the same as Superintendent." -Rick Todd "I took my daughter to the production of Beethoven Lives Upstairs and we LOVED IT! I also had several of my students & their families in attendance. It was incredibly well done! I even had tears at the beginning. The acting was superb and the music was exquisite." -Nicole Gustafson In the past year, your A2SO produced 32 KinderConcerts at the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Dexter District Libraries which introduced 1,090 toddlers to six-year olds to the joy of music. "Madeline had a wonderful time and was actually mad the next time we went to the library because there was no "sass-a-phone" or piano!" -Kathleen Mobley In the past year, your A2SO presented 23 Instrument Petting Zoos before each Family Concert, and at area schools, the Ann Arbor Summer Festival, Ann Arbor Art Fair, and area farmer's markets for 4,000 youngsters. "My son plays the bass and my daughter plays the violin. The first time they touched the string instruments was at the A2 Symphony's petting zoo a few years ago. Thank you for providing this wonderful opportunity for our youth!!" -Cynthia Mahalak In the past year, your A2SO served more than 1,500 of our most seasoned citizens at 8Chamber Concerts. "The pictures will remind my mother of a grand week of music in the key of Ann Arbor! The direction that the symphony is taking is fantastic. We will be looking forward to more beautiful music from the Symphony next year." -Susan Orringer In the past year, Conductor Arie Lipsky, guest soloists and composers unmasked the meanings of the concert music to 2,000 patrons at the pre-concert lectures. "I'm very impressed with the efforts that Arie does with educating the audiences; his words in the pre-concert talk and from the podium give the audience so much to listen for in the symphony." -Naomi André How your gift helps:
