Broadway Stars to Support Those with Disabilities at Camp Looking Glass Benefit Concert

Camp Looking Glass, a year-round program dedicated to the inclusion of the special needs population, is bringing together some of Broadway's biggest stars for its 2nd annual "Broadway Camp Talent Show" fundraiser. The performance will take place on Nov 7, 2016 at 7:00 PM at The Cutting Room (44 East 32nd St.). The Benefit Concert is sponsored by Vineyard Theatre.

The show will feature Adrienne C Moore (Orange is the New Black), Ethan Slater (The Spongebob Musical), Ryann Redmond (If/Then), Joanna Christie (Once),
Jo Lampert, James LaRosa, Darilyn Castillo (The Lion King), Kimberly Marable (The Lion King), MARIE GABRIELLE, Laura Oldham MCCANN, Morgan McCann, and more!

Directed by EVAN GREENBERG with music direction from TED ARTHUR, the evening is produced by RICARDO RIETHMULLER and TRACY PODELL.

The theme for the event is #NoFilter, which speaks to staying true to yourself in the face of adversity.

Raffle and Silent Auction will include: Two Full Season Memberships to Vineyard Theatre's '16-'17 season; Broadway tickets to Fiddler on the Roof and Roundabout Theatre Company's Holiday Inn; Tickets to Rancho Viejo at Playwrights Horizons and Alligator at New Georges; Additional items donated from, Christofle, Vessel Brooklyn, Coach Whalen, Gefilteria, Better Sessions, Verve Coffee Roasters and Campfire Crispies.

Camp Looking Glass is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing dreams to reality through the inclusion, acceptance and celebration of the special needs population.

Camp Looking Glass provides an unparalleled year-round experience for children and young adults with Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. All campers, including those in wheelchairs, get to swim for the first time, ride horses, go to prom, perform in plays, and be celebrated for who they are. This experience offers a life-changing opportunity and with the support of the New York Theater community, Camp Looking Glass can serve future generations.

Tickets start at a suggested donation of $49. Donations of $99 or more guarantee VIP tickets which include a program signed by the entire cast and $149 Platinum VIP tickets also guarantee treats from Campfire Crispies. For tickets, go to TheCuttingRoomNYC.com.

Since 2004, Camp Looking Glass has been providing sleep-away summer camps and year-round recreational activities to children and adults with disabilities in the Mississippi Delta, all at no cost to campers and their families. During our time together, we do everything from creating original artwork to traveling to new and exciting places. Our maIn Focus, however, is creating lifelong friendships between people with and without disabilities.
