Emerging Sounds presents a special Latin album showcase celebrating new music from Baldo Verdú and Orestes Gomez, joined by legendary percussionists Orlando Poleo and more special guests.

This evening brings together two powerful new album projects rooted in Afro-Venezuelan tradition, rhythm, and identity. Across the night, Baldo Verdu and Orestes Gomez share music from their latest releases, with Orlando Poleo and more sepcial guests joining them as special guest collaborators, bringing decades of Latin jazz, salsa, and Afro-Caribbean mastery into the room.

Expect a rich celebration of groove, percussion, songs, friendship, and cultural storytelling, moving between Latin jazz, salsa, soul, folk, funk, electronic textures, and Venezuelan roots.
