Upcoming London Production Of ONCE UPON A MATTRESS Is Being Postponed The upcoming London production of the hit Broadway musical Once Upon A Mattress is being postponed.

Once Upon A Mattress, a modern-day family musical retelling of the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale The Princess and the Pea, with music by Mary Rodgers, lyrics by Marshall Barer and book by Jay Thompson, Dean Fuller and Marshall Barer, had been due to open at The Playground Theatre from Tuesday 18 December, 2018 to Saturday 19 January, 2019.

A spokesman for House on the Hill Productions said: "We are extremely sorry to announce that the production is being delayed until Summer 2019. This is due to circumstances beyond our control. Watch this space for more news when we have new dates confirmed."

At this stage, ticket holders should contact the theatre for a full refund.

Once Upon A Mattress is being produced by House on the Hill Productions and presented by arrangement with R&H Theatricals Europe.
