STOP!...THE PLAY Has Its Liverpool Premiere Next Week At The New Hope Street Theatre Peridot Productions upcoming production of STOP!... The Play opens at The Hope Street Theatre, Liverpool next week with 5 performances from 19 - 22 September.

The madcap, theatrical comedy written by David Spicer is directed by Michael Wolf (Brexitus, Posh) and Matthew Khan.

A talented cast of LIPA Students, graduates and professional actors join together to present the farcical comedy romp.

The full cast has now been revealed as Michael Wolf (Evelyn), Katie Hargreaves (Gemma), Ane Skarvøy (Chrissie), Nicolai Suphammer (Hugh), Kai Jolley (Kriston), Mark Sebastian D'lacey (Walter) and Gilda Possibile (Linda).

Five neurotic actors, one stressed Stage Manager, a crazed Director, an invisible playwright and an escaped monkey are desperately rehearsing the world's worst play, which keeps being rewritten. And every rewrite is more hilariously terrible than the one before. And although it really shouldn't, somehow, the show manages to go on.

Peridot Productions Michael Wolf said "I am really excited to be presenting the Liverpool Premiere of this hilarious stage comedy, audiences can expect a crazy mix of Noises Off and The Play That Goes Wrong. It's wonderful to pair such talented performers with good writing in this great new fringe theatre".

STOP!... The Play promises to be an hilarious night at the theatre, but will the play go on?
