From New York City's alt-cabaret scene, Billy Lykken brings his eclectic brand of comedy and outrageous parody as well as his interpretations of songs ranging from Broadway, R&B, jazz, and Tin Pan Alley with musical direction by Yasuhiko Fukuoka.

Hear Lykken sing his interpretations of Filthy Gorgeous, Be The One, Love Is Blind, Livin' For Love, Mississippi Goddam, If You Believe.

This hyper-emotional journey of song, eyelash and pizzazz is filtered through the soul of an often heartbroken, but never bitter, sequined songstress whose eccentricities and self- destructive behaviour are overshadowed by an all-consuming need to please the faithful masses.

"This is not drag nor is it cabaret style, it is something else altogether. Lykken is simply himself - or at least, who he presents himself to be on stage. His singing voice often operates in that gender-neutral range, evoking memories of Tallulah Bankhead and Eartha Kitt, but he's able to adjust the vocal style from Broadway belt to rock and roll growl. He can even croon a standard with intense feeling." (Nitelife Exchange)

London is about to dazzle in Summer with sequins as Rick Skye brings his award winning Liza show to London. See the show at Zedel in London.

Displaying Liza Minnelli's physical and vocal mannerisms along with a smashing voice, Skye has created an outrageous show, a non-stop production number tracing Liza's legendary career. More than an impersonation, this is an evening of ne writing, comedy, characterization and musical performance.

Rick Skye is a multi-talented performer who has a kind but comedic take on the great Liza with a Z. He has won endless awards for 'Best Impersonation' and continues to pack in audiences from Broadway to London's West End.

The show has tender moments where you can see Skye's commitment and adoration to Liza, but then he ramps it up and takes you on a sky rocket of quick-witted comedic one liners and slap-stick comedy that has you falling o your chair with laughter. His razor sharp parodies of such diverse songs as 'Mein Herr' and 'Sara Lee' have left audiences weak from giggling. Along with a pair of unquestionably alluring legs, this "tribute with a twist" includes a new Charles Aznavour song, Liza's concert version of 'Single Ladies', a 'Happy Endings' production number and a tribute to one of her famous parents.

The show has taken the world by storm and has been in London, New York, Chicago, Ireland and even Maspalomas Pride where Liza sang 'New York New York' to thousands of adoring fans under a star lite sky.
