Casting Announced For 2018 UK Tour of SANTA'S NEW SLEIGH

Christmas is fast approaching and Santa's Sleigh is nowhere to be found. Will lovable elves, Sprocket and Dibs be able to create a new sleigh in time or will Christmas have to be cancelled?

With audience participation, sing-alongs and a present from Santa for every child, Santa's New Sleigh is the perfect festive treat.

Santa's New Sleigh follows the news earlier this summer that a creative programme will return to the historic Pavilion Theatre within the Winter Gardens Blackpool though a partnership between venue operators Blackpool Entertainment Company and international producers Sell a door Worldwide.

This will be the first show Blackpool Pavilion have presented since the 70's. Producer Sam Bradshaw for Sam Bradshaw Productions is delighted to see the theatre re open and said "I am honoured to be producing this spectacular Christmas show in such a prestigious venue'.

Santa's New Sleigh was originally created for the Curve Theatre Leicester and has enjoyed sell out stints in Lichfield, Peterborough and London's West End. Now in 2018 Sprocket, Dibs and Santa navigate a sleighride through the sky's and are set to land in Paignton, Camberley, Letchworth and Blackpool.

Two incredibly talented actors will be taking to the stage this year, Georgie Benson and Fraser Stainton.

Georgia trained at the Italia Conti Academy, prior to which she trained at Novelli Stage School in Birmingham.

Film/TV credits include: Lily, CASSETTE, Parkhouse Pictures. Dancer, ANT AND DEC'S SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY, ITV.

Theatre credits include: Sally Bowles, CABARET, Avondale Theatre. Tinkerbell, PETER PAN, JR Theatre. Ariel, THE TEMPEST, Avondale Theatre. Peggy, GODSPELL, Upstairs at the Gatehouse. CIRCUS 1903, Neil Dorward.

Fraser moved to London from his hometown in Scotland, Dunblane, to pursue his career in Musical Theatre after training at the Stageworx School of Performing Arts in Stirling, since he was 4 years old.

He went on to graduate from the Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts in 2016.
