A Joyous June Heads to The Epstein Theatre June is set to be another fantastic month at Epstein Theatre where there is a programme packed full of theatre, music, and comedy.

Liverpool's own wartime drama Red Skies, Stories From The Liverpool Blitz returns by popular demand from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 June. Starring Liverpool legend Billy Butler, Red Skies tells the story of Liverpool family The Murphy's as they struggle to survive amidst the Liverpool Blitz. A story of love, friendship and Liverpool's defiance against the trying times of war this show is not to be missed.

Local Theatre is In Focus throughout June beginning with Tread: End of Year Showcase on Sunday 17 June. The Northwest premiere of Wind in the Willows will be performed by the talented students of Liverpool Theatre School on Thursday 21 June.

Completing the local theatre lineup for June is CCSW One Night Only who return for an evening of dance and musical theatre, showcasing the best talent from Cheshire College South & West on Wednesday 27 June.

Comedy fans are in for a treat this month starting with the "flabbergastingly funny" Tim Key who presents his brand new show Megadate on Monday 11 June. Four of the finest comedians from across the UK will take to the stage on Saturday 16th June as Live at Hot Water: Special guarantees a night of hilarity.

A fantastic selection of music from a whole host of tribute artists this June starting with Mersey Beatles: The Beatles 68' A Year Of Revolution; audiences will be transported back to the swingin' 60s when the band returns on Friday 15 June to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The White Album.

Genesis Connected are back at The Epstein for the third year running on Friday 22 June for a night of classic hits celebrating the music of Genesis and the biggest selling acts connected. To conclude the months musical programme Jive Talkin' Perform The Bee Gees promise an unforgettable evening on Saturday 23 June.

The entertainment doesn't stop there; The Mario Lanzo Story performed by Victor Michael returns on Sunday 3 June.

In conversation with novelist Marian Keyes: Talking Books, Talking Life, Just Talking... will see one of the UKs most talented writers on stage on Tuesday 5 June discussing her latest novel The Break, Strictly and everything in between.

Concluding Junes programme is the eagerly anticipated Iconic: A Brief History of Drag. The show features the most significant drag moments on film, stage and popular culture led by drag queen superstar Velma Celli. Iconic comes to The Epstein on Friday 29 June book your tickets now for this electrifying show.
