CSC Invites Individuals To Join 27th Annual Canadian Stage TD Dream 6/26-9/6

By:

Toronto's longest-running outdoor summer theatre event is looking for volunteers. The Canadian Stage Company invites individuals 15 years and older to be a part of the 27th Annual Canadian Stage TD Dream in High Park and spend several evenings under the stars volunteering at this year's production of William Shakespeare's The Tempest, June 26 to September 6, 2009.

The Canadian Stage Company is seeking individuals who enjoy theatre, meeting new people and looking for relevant experience to join our diverse team of volunteers. The Company is looking for greeters as well as donation, gate and hill attendants to work five shifts of their choosing, from 5:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., at the Dream site in High Park. Full training is provided.

Volunteers are rewarded with tickets to the Canadian Stage Company's upcoming season, an Appreciation BBQ, a TD Dream in High Park volunteer t-shirt, games and prizes. Volunteering at the Dream is of special appeal to high school students as The Canadian Stage Company is able to offer the opportunity to meet required community service hours.

For more information or to sign up, please visit our website at canstage.com/dream, email bobmccarthy@canstage.com or call 416.367.8243 x 252.
