South Bend Civic Theatre Announces Auditions for SEUSSICAL! & AND THEN THERE WERE NONE

Auditions scheduled for "And Then There Were None."

"AND THEN THERE WERE NONE," by Agatha Christie. This is one of Agatha Christie's most suspenseful mysteries, standing the test of time and surprising audiences every time they see it....Eight strangers and two house servants have been invited by a mysterious host to an island estate, are stranded and warned by a mysterious voice to "BEWARE, there is a killer among you." One by one the figurines on the mantle are broken as, one by one, the houseguests are murdered.

NEEDED: 3 female actors & 8 male actors, ages 20 and up.

WHEN: Monday & Tuesday, February 22 & 23 at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: The Warner Studio Theatre, in South Bend Civic Theatre, 403 N. Main St., South Bend, IN 46601.

DIRECTOR: Leigh Taylor.

PRODUCTION DATES: April 23-24-25, 28-29-30 & May 1-2, in the Wilson Mainstage Auditorium.

Auditions Slated for "Seussical! the Musical."

"SEUSSICAL! the MUSICAL," by Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty. Horton the Elephant is just doing his friend Mayzie a favor when he agrees to sit on her egg so she can take a break, not realizing what an adventure has just begun! What teasing he endures, what hardships he overcomes and what a champion he proves to be, when he saves all the Whos who live on the single flower he gets to safety. The Cat in the Hat, Mayzie, Gertrude McFuzz, and all the little Whos join Horton in this fun musical adventure about being brave and helping out the little guys.

•Those who audition should bring 16 bars of a prepared song to sing acapella.
•Be prepared to sing/dance numbers from the show as well.
•Please wear appropriate clothing for dance, including shoes.

NEEDED: Female & male actors/dancers/singers, from 3rd grade through adult.

WHEN:

Tuesday, February 16, at 6:00 p.m. for grades 6-9.
Wednesday, February 17 at 6:00 p.m. for grades 3-5.

Everyone auditioning should hold Thursday, February 18 at 6:00 p.m. open for call-backs.
