The Town Hall (123 W 43rd Street), New York's landmark concert venue will conclude the 11th season of the acclaimed Broadway By The Year® Series with The Broadway Musicals of 1997 on Monday, June 20th at 8PM. Performers already announced from the 1997 hit Jekyll & Hyde include Robert Cuccioli (Tony Nominee), Linda Eder (Drama Desk Nominee), and Christiane Noll (who will also be directing the concert). From 1997's The Life, Lillias White (Tony Winner) and Chuck Cooper (Tony Winner). Also in the show, Karen Ziemba (Tony Nominee) from 1997's Steel Pier, The Scarlet Pimpernel's acclaimed star Christine Andreas, and Jeffry Denman, Drama Desk Nominee for Yank! These acclaimed stars will be joined by Drama Desk Nominee Christina Bianco (Forbidden Broadway, Newsical, The Musical), David Burnham (The Best is Yet to Come: The Music of Cy Coleman, Wicked), Erin Denman (42nd Street), Drew Humphrey (Irving Berlin's White Christmas), Jennifer Rias (Broadway by the Year: 1921) and Tyler Maynard (Mary Poppins).
New York City Center's 19th Encores! season will open in City Center's newly restored and renovated theater on February 8, 2012 with Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along, and will continue with Rodgers and Hammerstein's rarely seen Pipe Dream on March 28¸ followed by Jule Styne and Leo Robin's Gentlemen Prefer Blondes on May 9. For the first time, each musical will play for seven performances.

The producers of the Public Theater's Tony Award-winning production of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical are pleased to announce casting for the National Tour, which is coming to the Marcus Center on February 22 and runs through February 27, 2011. This Milwaukee engagement is presented by Broadway Across America-Milwaukee and the Marcus Center as part of the Time Warner Cable Broadway at the Marcus Center Series. Irving Berlin's White Christmas makes its Richmond, Va., stage debut this year at the historic Empire Theatre. The show, produced by Barksdale Theatre, opened November 19 and will run through January 9. It is directed by Patti D'Beck, who last year won the Richmond Theatre Critics Circle awards for best direction of a musical and best choreography for Barksdale's Thoroughly Modern Millie (which won 10 awards total). Like many of her leading players in White Christmas, D'Beck is a Broadway veteran, having performed in or associate-choreographed such shows as Pippin, A Chorus Line, Evita, Grease and Bells Are Ringing.
