The concert will celebrate the multiyear partnership between the actress and stage director and will bring together artists from the stage and screen.

Six-time Tony Award-winning costume designer CATHERINE ZUBER and legendary scenic designer TONY STRAIGES are among the 2017 TDF/Irene Sharaff Awards recipients which were just announced by Theatre Development Fund (TDF), a not-for-profit service organization for the performing arts.

Multi-platinum international recording artist and songwriter Josh Groban has recorded an all-new original song, “Evermore,” for Disney's live-action BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. The song will appear in the film's end credits as well as the soundtrack.

Acclaimed electro-acoustic composer and performer Sxip Shirey's album release show will take place January 9 at National Sawdust in New York.

In conjunction with its upcoming production of A Doll's House the Huntington Theatre Company will host a number of special events and post-show conversations. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has just announced that three time Oscar- nominated, Tony nominated and Emmy & Drama Desk award winning actor Mark Ruffalo will return to Broadway to star in Arthur Miller's The Price. Ruffalo will join previously announced stars Tony Shalhoub, Jessica Hecht and Danny DeVito in a new Broadway production of Arthur Miller's The Price, directed by Steppenwolf Theatre Company co-founder, Terry Kinney. Ruffalo assumes the role of 'Victor Franz.' John Turturro has left the production due to his filming schedule.

Developed and directed by Liesl Tommy with choreography by Millicent Johnnie, PARTY PEOPLE began performances on November 1 and runs through Sunday, December 4, with an official press opening tonight, November 15.

The OBIE Award-winning NAATCO, National Asian American Theater Company, concludes their 25th anniversary season with the New York Premiere of MJ Kaufman's Sagittarius Ponderosa. Ken Rus Schmoll directs an all-Asian American cast that includes Daniel K. Isaac (of TV's 'Billions'), Mia Katigbak, Glenn Kubota, Bex Kwan and Virginia Wing. Ambassador Theatre Group and NETworks Presentations LLC recently announced that Laura Michelle Kelly (Anna Leonowens) and Jose Llana (King of Siam) would lead the national tour of the Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I. The Lyric Stage Company of Boston's 2015-16 Season continues today, April 8 with MR. BURNS, a post-electric play by Anne Washburn, with a score by Michael Friedman and lyrics by Anne Washburn. Directed by A. Nora Long, the production also features music director Allyssa Jones and choreographer Yo-El Cassell. MR. BURNS runs through May 7, 2016, with the official opening slated for April 10.

Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design. The awards are presented through Theatre Development Fund's Costume Collection.
