Often hilarious, at times heartwarming, this modern musical gives an authentic account of the struggles these four have in finding their place in the world. The rock-pop-infused score includes the Songwriter's guild of America award-winning song "It's All About Me."

A Life begins preview performances on September 29, opens on October 5, and runs through November 11 in the Ellyn Bye Studio. Associate Artistic Director Rose Riordan, who has frequently partnered with Bock, will direct. Nat DeWolf (Broadway: Take Me Out) will make his company debut as the astrology-loving and hopelessly single Nate Martin. DeWolf is joined by Cycerli Ash, also making her debut at The Armory, as well as returning artists Dana Green (Major Barbara and many others) and Gary Norman (Our Town).
Guitarist Cory Wong has had quite the year. Late 2017 saw the release of his first solo record, Cory Wong and the Green Screen Band, and now The Optimist, his followup solo record, is out in the world. That's all aside from the numerous dates he tours with midwestern funk ensemble Vulfpeck and projects he independently produces. Needless to say, he keeps busy.
Michale Graves, the iconic punk-rocker who once fronted one of the world's most legendary punk rock bands, The Misfits, continues his Course Of Empire tour across North America for the remainder of 2018.
