Last week, Christine Ebersole gave a special performance to patrons of Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Center in celebration of the September 21st release of ‘Christine Ebersole Sings Noel Coward.' Two-time Tony Award winner Ebersole, whose soprano voice was heard singing Noel Coward songs between scenes of the most recent Broadway revival of Blithe Spirit, teamed up with Musical Director Larry Yurman on the album of Coward tunes. As in the initial New York staging of the play by Nora and Delia Ephron, the production will feature a company of six that rotates in four-week cycles. Ms. Redgrave appeared on the Paper Mill Playhouse stage in The Importance of Being Earnest in early 2009 and has remained close with the Millburn theater until her passing. Ms. Redgrave is to be honored at Paper Mill Playhouse's Gala Event on Wednesday, May 12th at The Hilton Short Hills.
