In the second year of the concert series, The Blue Ribbon Presents Global Pop at the Music Center continues to celebrate the performances of popular artists from around the globe. Presented at the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall, Global Pop at the Music Center features some of the most celebrated international pop music stars performing today. The third, and final, concert scheduled in this year?s series is modern day French troubadour, Hugues Aufray, for one night only, Friday, August 21, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

The third concert in this year's The Blue Ribbon presents Global Pop at the Music Center series, featuring Hugues Aufray, originally scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2009 at 8pm will be postponed, with a new concert date to be announced shortly. Ticket holders can obtain a refund at the original point of purchase.

Broadway In Chicago is excited to announce Tony Award winners Roger Bart and Shuler Hensley will reprise the roles of Dr. Frederick Frankenstein and The Monster in the first national tour of The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein. The Chicago engagement will play the Cadillac Palace Theatre for a limited six week engagement November 3 - December 13, 2009.

Producer Howard Panter for Ambassador Theatre Group and co-producers Tulchin/Bartner/Jenkins, Bill Kenwright, Northwater Entertainment, Darren Bagert, and Tom Gregory announced the complete cast and design team for the new Broadway production of the greatest musical comedy GUYS AND DOLLS. The first joint Broadway project by two-time Tony Award winning director Des McAnuff and choreographer Sergio Trujillo since their collaboration on the Tony Award winning musical Jersey Boys, GUYS AND DOLLS will begin previews on February 3, 2009 at Broadway's newly refurbished Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street). Opening Night is March 1, 2009.

Transport Group, the winner of a special 2007 Drama Desk Award and a 2007 Obie Award, has announced its 2008-09 season: Bury the Dead, written by Irwin Shaw and directed by Joe Calarco, and Being Audrey, music and lyrics by Ellen Weiss, book by James Hindman, additional book and lyrics by Cheryl Stern, developed with Jack Cummings III and Adam R. Perlman, and directed by Jack Cummings III.

Young Frankenstein Announces Cast; To Open at Hilton November 8

The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein, a new musical comedy from the creative team of the 12-time Tony Award winning smash The Producers, will open on Broadway November 8th 2007 at the Hilton Theatre (213 W 42nd St).
