Tell us a bit about Curtain Twitchen.
It's a stand up comedy aerial silk fusion. So it's kind of crazy. I basically trained as a circus aerialist and wanted to inject that into stand up. It's real throwback to old school entertainment shows where it was a mix of everything; camp, costume changes and plenty of glitter. It's a party of show all about friendship, love and wine.

Why bring it to Edinburgh?
Because this is such a new style of show Edinburgh feels like the perfect home for it. The whole theme of the fringe is defying the norm and I definitely think telling jokes while suspended from just your neck does that! I've been coming to the festival for nearly a decade and just love it. Every new piece of work I produce I'm constantly thinking "How can I do this at Edinburgh". There's just something about the city that buzzes.

What sets it apart from other shows at the Fringe?
Apart from the obvious element of danger that comes from someone actually being able to fall from a great height! This show is pure fun, entertainment and fabulous. There are so many shows on the fringe that tackle real issues in a sincere and intelligent way. This is an hour of escapism.

Who would you recommend comes to see you?
Anyone who loves to drink wine with their girls or dance around their handbag

Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival?
Sooooo many. I'm such a geek I've already tagged them all through my fringe app. There's this Spice Girls musical called "2 become 1" that me and my mate Lauren have wanted to go to for years. Thats in the bag. I'm also taking my tech to the Charlotte Church dungeon party. She's one of my heroes. In terms of comedy, Josh Pugh is bring up his debut which shouldn't be missed, I'm living with Dana Alexander so been hearing loads about her exciting show plus the AAA bills have some great comics on this year which I'll definitely be checking out.
